USDA Healthy Meals Incentives (HMI)
Partner Alliance
The HMI Partner Alliance (Alliance) is a coalition of non-profit organizations, government agencies, and advocacy groups working with USDA and Action for Healthy Kids (AFHK) to improve child health by enhancing the nutritional quality of school meal programs nationwide. It also provides professional development and networking opportunities, including recognition at National Healthy Meals Summits. A key goal is to encourage School Food Authorities (SFAs) to apply for HMI Recognition Awards by supporting them with resources and strategies for sustainable healthy eating practices.
